Custom Design

At Pro-Tech we understand that there are special requirements that cannot always be addressed with our "standard" products. These special needs may include:

• Special paint color
• Custom silkscreen
• Addition of E-Stop, indicator lights, etc.
• Unique mounting arrangements
• Customized cooling
• New input devices; bar code readers, keyboards
• Integration of customer supplied equipment
• Custom I.S. designs, purge systems

In fact, close to 30% of our sales are "custom".

Since Pro-Tech's standard products are designed in a "modular" format we can easily customize a new front door, mounting bracket, cooling device, etc without incurring significant cost. Using AutoCad or Pro/E we can design via parametric 3D modeling to insure proper fit and function.

For a number of customers with multiple plants we have established a "Universal Workstation" program which establishes special model numbers for all plants to order from. The custom requirements for a given customer are then incorporated in these special model numbers eliminating the need for each plant to re-invent the wheel.
