A series of (6) multi-axis, fully programmable bending machines are used for normal piece parts while (4) single-axis machines service larger parts. Various bending tools are maintained in inventory and are called out for on the job jacket and routing card. Products begin to "take shape" in this area.
There is a large selection of in-stock tools that may be used for forming or you may create your own custom tool.
